Their working style is highly professional and fantastically respectful. They create a comfortable and inclusive environment where team members feel comfortable sharing their ideas and feedback. Moreover, manager's way of handling everything smoothly in a professional way is simply outstanding. They make everyone feel valued and especially for the above mentioned educators, their working style with children is stupendously exceptional and motivating. They are truly a gem. I’ve completed my 1st placement (3-5 years age group) in the center and a big thank you goes to Chamarie and Savi for offering me this opportunity. Also My mentor Shubh, along with the other educators was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout this journey.On the other hand, the center had a warm and welcoming environment and filled with engaging learning spaces for the children. And it was well organized which created a positive atmosphere for both the children and the staff. I really appreciated the teamwork and the helpful guidance I’ve received.Thank you all for making my first placement a valuable and memorable experience!

This childcare centre is out of this world! Wonderful pastoral care provided by the teaching staff which make children feel like there is a home away from home. The management are very understanding towards families. Regular activities are run for children to experience different cultures and cultural sensitivity is applied towards children's requirements. Savi and other leaders have positive energy and are passionate about their work.

Our son commenced with Guardian in Point Cook North late last year as we had recently moved from another state. Guardian Point Cook North is a big part of his development in terms of socialization, speech, and expression of emotions. He slowly transitioned from being shy to being very expressive and playful. His teachers and carers are genuinely nice and I can say that he is well looked after at all times. He cries a little during drop offs but is a very happy little man during pick ups. Everyone in the centre, from Savi to the teacher and carers and up to the chef are very approachable. Moreover, the management also maintain a close line of communication with the parents. They always do their best to cater to every child’s individual needs. Can’t wait to see more of what our little man achieves in the following months with their guidance. ❤️

Guardian Childcare North has been an incredible experience for our family! The educators are absolutely amazing! so caring, professional, and deeply dedicated to the children. My son loves going every day, and he constantly surprises me with how much he’s learning and improving. His confidence, social skills, and curiosity have grown so much.What makes this place even more special is the close connection between the educators and families. They genuinely care and make such an effort to build strong relationships, keeping us informed and involved in every step of our child’s development. Every time I ask the educators something about my son, they can answer my questions straight away, which shows how well they know and care for him. My son has been attending Guardian Point Cook North for approx. 2 years. I am beyond happy with his current room and educators. Phuong, Michelle and Naima are absolute treasures.Phuong constantly provides feedback on my son’s development and education without me having to prompt / ask. She genuinely cares and I really appreciate the time she invests in communicating with parents. Big bonus: my son also thinks she is the bees knees!Naima is such a caring, warm and beautiful soul. The children adore her & I love watching my son’s face brighten when she enters the room.Michelle’s clear communication and kind nature are an asset to the centre.Leadership at the centre is also fantastic - Nubi and Lauren do a tremendous job.

One of the best childcare centres in the area. Both my girls were in their care for over two years and I was amazed at the quality of care they received. Joy and the team at Quokka room are incredible, their program is so rich and engaging, the room is beautiful, so many learning spaces. My daughter learnt so so much, her teachers made her feel so safe and loved, and supported us through any challenges.Her program was amazing, children are learning other languages, sign language, songs (my personal favourite), dance and movement, literacy, numeracy, gardening, breeding snails - you name it. I could really tell that they are passionate about what they do.Wombat room staff were great and my little one enjoyed her time there. They are very attentive and get to know your child, staff always let you know how your little one’s day went. Room leader Shreya always found time to communicate with me and my husband at pick up time to talk about my daughter’s learning and development, and we really valued their room staff’s approach to communication with families and their genuine care.Centre manager Nubi always had time to talk to us and assist with any questions, my feedback was always taken seriously.Very happy with the quality of care this centre offers.Highly recommend 👍👍👍

My family have been with this centre over the past 8 years. The educators are caring and dedicated to children, the programs are well planned ahead with lots of learning happening. The rooms are equipped with lots of open ended resources for children to play and explore. They well look after children’s health and wellbeing by providing wide variety of food and snack. The centre organise weekly incursion, special events and festival throughout the year, and connect children and family with local community through well organised excursions. Structured daily routine has supported my children with sense of belonging and security. The admin team are supportive with open communication, prompt email reply and provide constructive advice whenever I needed. Overall, I highly recommend Guardian Point Cook North to anyone that’s looking for a childcare service around the area.

It was my first time to enroll my child in a childcare and the center was above and beyond my expectations. I feel safe for my son to attend the facility and he has gained a lot of knowledge for the past 10 months. He enjoys going there every time and has created a bond with his friends and teachers. My son started the centre since November. He likes the educators and enjoys it a lot. He settled so well and I'm so happy about it. The management and educators are very nice. I love the Nursery room which is a room that distributes the sleeping side and playing side. Highly recommend!

I can only think of good things to say.We enrolled our daughter at 9 months old (she is nearly 16mo now) and she truly loves going to the centre.We did tours in several childcares in the area and I immediately knew this one was the right one for us. From using only natural materials, how they foster independence, encourage exploring, outdoor play, as also, care for children and help them navigate their feelings are just some of the things that made me fall in love with this childcare.The educators are caring and open, management is organised and you can tell they really care about what they do.Nubi stepping in as Centre Manager has been so beneficial for the centre, you can tell how genuinely kind she is from the get go, she is welcoming, open and she really cares about the kids, her staff and parents.Madhu, Sam and now Saavi and their team of educators are legends. I know that my girl has been in the best hands and that they are not just looking after her, they are seizing every word, scenario, material, moment to develop skills to help her grow physically and emotionally with love and care.I truly can’t thank you enough.Kat

My daughter has been attending this centre for 6 months now and cannot fault it. Educators are amazing with my child and she has settled in and learnt so much in such a short ammount of time and is well looked after cared for. The daily updates on the learning and pictures is great to see! And the centre manager and other ladies on reception are very approachable, friendly, informative and responsive! Highly recommend

We have recently changed from a different centre to Guardian Point Cook North and my son absolutely loves it here! All the educators are super friendly and care about every child’s wellbeing. My son has anaphylaxis, which the educators and management have taken great care and seriousness for this! We are so lucky to be walking distance to this centre! Definitely recommend.

Our daughter has been with Point Cook North for close to a year. The team there have always been very supportive and helpful, with not only our daughters transition but our transition into day care. You can see the staff are very passionate and caring towards the children at the location. Our daughter has developed in leaps and bounds whilst there and she loves going. The staff are great communicators and very knowledgable in their fields. We highly recommend Point Cook North to families looking for the best care.

I am a first time mum and sending my daughter to day care was quite a big thing for me and I was worried am I doing the right thing as a parent, however I'm so glad as its the best thing I could have done .. This centre is not only a centre it feels more like a second home and an extended part of the family . The child care educators are fantastic and so supportive they really care for the children and just love the fact that my daughter also enjoys going , she has learnt so much and absolutely loves everyone too and to me that says alot as kids show their true emotions. She has been attending since Nov 2020.. They offer great programs and have a lot of variety for the children. I love that it's so multicultural as its great for our children to be exposed to different nationalities as it only enhances their learning abilities and adapting to the world we live in.. Since Kate has become the General Manager I also feel it runs so much more smoothly and has definitely made a huge impact with staff, much more organised and just all round made it very welcoming and throws out such positive vibes . I highly recommend this centre and am so greatful for the brilliant work they all do and the fact my daughter gains so much from this. Thanks guys love ya work ..

Very happy and pleased with Guardian childcare in point cook north. Highly recommend all the carers. My eldest son started here in 2017, he went in the dolphin and penguin room and the carers took hand on responsibility in ensuring proper care and attention is provided to him, his development needs were looked after.Papiya the lead in kinder room ensured that the kids are school ready and her team takes special care and provide regular feedback and progress. The level of attention was superior throughout, prior to that Dom and Evelyn captured some of the most special moments of my child.I have been so delighted and pleased with the carers and facility that my youngest son also started care here in 2020. Lili, farzana and the team in bumblebee room have been very caring and supportive, I am delighted to see the happy face at pick-up time confirming he has had a lovely day.

For us this centre is one of the best in western suburbs. My elder son who graduated kinder from this centre in 2018. He was motivated to learn. He witnessed new discoveries, explored and discovered new skills and abilities. Everyday the environment was fun and entertaining and this made a huge difference, always looked forward to the day. This all helped with a smooth transition from kinder to school . I have had such an amazing and positive experience that without having a single doubt in mind we decided to send his little bro here too since he was 14 mths old. Lots of love and respect to the educators of this centre.

My daughter went to this centre from age 3 to 5. I really like the pre kinder and kinder class. They genuinely teach kids about sustainability, recycling, environment, reuse, diversity along with the kinder syllabus. My daughter was very happy at the centre with all the teachers. Particularly, i was very happy with the way Kinder teacher manages and teaches the 4 and 5 year olds. That is a very crucial age before going to Prep. Thanks to all the staff at this centre my daughter learnt a lot during her time here and took very little time to transition to Prep in the school.

I can't recommend Point Cook Play and Learn highly enough.As a mother who works very long hours I am without hesitation leaving my little girl at Point Cook Play and Learn.My daughter, as well as the other kids are always happily playing outside eating their afternoon tea, and exploring the beautiful parks, schools and shops. These are one in a million experiences that Guardian offer.All the staff are just beautiful! They communicate daily with the parents and most importantly they love, educate and nurture each child like their own.Of the early child hood centres both my children have attended, Guardian Point Cook Play and Learn get my vote for early learning child care.

What a fantastic centre! Both my girls attended Point cook play and learn for 18months. They learnt so much from the staff here who also took the time to get to know the girls and love them like one of their own. It's so Sad to see such a bad review for a fantastic Childcare Centre. I find it extremely surprising that Point Cook Play and Learn has received such a harsh review and wonder if we are talking about the same centre.We started at this Centre 5 1/2 years ago, with our last baby just 6 months old. She loves all the staff, children and front office staff. Over the years with adjustment issues the staff were always caring and supportive.I am sad to say that this is her last year as she's going to school in the new year. . As a mother of 4, had I known how great this centre is I would have sent my older 3 children here too. From the buttom of my Heart Thank you to All the staff who have looked after my baby, especially her Daycare Mum, we will miss you all dearly and we will never be able to repay you for the fantastic roles you played in our lives.

At Guardian Childcare & Education Point Cook North your child will be nurtured and cared for by our team of Educators who will support your child as they learn and grow. Through a range of fun-filled learning experiences, we ensure your child is developing skills that will set them up for a lifelong love of learning.
Community is a big part of daily life at our centre. We offer exciting experiences for all age groups including excursions to the local school, park, cafe and aged care facility. Even our youngest community members can take part in these excursions through the use of our eight-seater pram. Our regular visits from our local vet are always a highlight for both the children and Educators!
Our newly renovated outdoor yards are a wonderful feature of our centre where children are free to play and discover. Children are able to explore sustainability concepts through caring for the gardens, spend time constructing in our sandpits and take appropriate risks through running, jumping and playing in our open spaces.
We cater our services at the centre to make life easier for our busy families. We provide nutritionally balanced meals prepared by our own chef in our centre kitchen and provide necessities such as nappies, sunscreen and bedding for nap times.

I’ve completed my 1st placement (3-5 years age group) in the center and a big thank you goes to Chamarie and Savi for offering me this opportunity. Also My mentor Shubh, along with the other educators was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout this journey.On the other hand, the center had a warm and welcoming environment and filled with engaging learning spaces for the children. Our son commenced with Guardian in Point Cook North late last year as we had recently moved from another state. Guardian Point Cook North is a big part of his development in terms of socialization, speech, and expression of emotions. He slowly transitioned from being shy to being very expressive and playful. His teachers and carers are genuinely nice and I can say that he is well looked after at all times. He cries a little during drop offs but is a very happy little man during pick ups. Everyone in the centre, from Savi to the teacher and carers and up to the chef are very approachable. Moreover, the management also maintain a close line of communication with the parents. They always do their best to cater to every child’s individual needs. Can’t wait to see more of what our little man achieves in the following months with their guidance. ❤️

One of the best childcare centres in the area. Both my girls were in their care for over two years and I was amazed at the quality of care they received. Joy and the team at Quokka room are incredible, their program is so rich and engaging, the room is beautiful, so many learning spaces. My daughter learnt so so much, her teachers made her feel so safe and loved, and supported us through any challenges.Her program was amazing, children are learning other languages, sign language, songs (my personal favourite), dance and movement, literacy, numeracy, gardening, breeding snails - you name it. I could really tell that they are passionate about what they do.Wombat room staff were great and my little one enjoyed her time there. They are very attentive and get to know your child, staff always let you know how your little one’s day went. Room leader Shreya always found time to communicate with me and my husband at pick up time to talk about my daughter’s learning and development, and we really valued their room staff’s approach to communication with families and their genuine care.Centre manager Nubi always had time to talk to us and assist with any questions, my feedback was always taken seriously.Very happy with the quality of care this centre offers.Highly recommend 👍👍👍

My family have been with this centre over the past 8 years. The educators are caring and dedicated to children, the programs are well planned ahead with lots of learning happening. The rooms are equipped with lots of open ended resources for children to play and explore. They well look after children’s health and wellbeing by providing wide variety of food and snack. The centre organise weekly incursion, special events and festival throughout the year, and connect children and family with local community through well organised excursions. Structured daily routine has supported my children with sense of belonging and security. The admin team are supportive with open communication, prompt email reply and provide constructive advice whenever I needed. It was my first time to enroll my child in a childcare and the center was above and beyond my expectations. My son started the centre since November. He likes the educators and enjoys it a lot. He settled so well and I'm so happy about it. The management and educators are very nice. I love the Nursery room which is a room that distributes the sleeping side and playing side. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are very happy with this centre! It's been a few months now and our baby adapted quickly and now loves it, specially the food. All the staff are very friendly and always provide good updates on how the day went, either in person or via their app (which is also great). 100% recommend.

I can only think of good things to say.We enrolled our daughter at 9 months old (she is nearly 16mo now) and she truly loves going to the centre.We did tours in several childcares in the area and I immediately knew this one was the right one for us. From using only natural materials, how they foster independence, encourage exploring, outdoor play, as also, care for children and help them navigate their feelings are just some of the things that made me fall in love with this childcare.The educators are caring and open, management is organised and you can tell they really care about what they do.Nubi stepping in as Centre Manager has been so beneficial for the centre, you can tell how genuinely kind she is from the get go, she is welcoming, open and she really cares about the kids, her staff and parents.Madhu, Sam and now Saavi and their team of educators are legends. I know that my girl has been in the best hands and that they are not just looking after her, they are seizing every word, scenario, material, moment to develop skills to help her grow physically and emotionally with love and care.I truly can’t thank you enough.Kat

My baby boy started a month ago, and he loves it! The team is very caring, they are calm and lovely with parents and children. I few really comfortable to send my baby at this Centre. The learning stories daily are great, with pics and feedback about the day! People at the desk are very kind. Fantastic Centre! I highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending this centre for 6 months now and cannot fault it. Educators are amazing with my child and she has settled in and learnt so much in such a short ammount of time and is well looked after cared for. The daily updates on the learning and pictures is great to see! And the centre manager and other ladies on reception are very approachable, friendly, informative and responsive! Highly recommend

We have recently changed from a different centre to Guardian Point Cook North and my son absolutely loves it here! All the educators are super friendly and care about every child’s wellbeing. My son has anaphylaxis, which the educators and management have taken great care and seriousness for this! We are so lucky to be walking distance to this centre! Definitely recommend.

My both kids in this childcare from 1 years old until school age, they have kinder program too, teach children get ready for school.Staffs all friendly, my girl always come home with so many activity hand make ART.I'm happy what I chose, if I have more children, this still the place to go.Thanks everyone who spent lots love and time on Zekey and kiki.

Our daughter has been with Point Cook North for close to a year. The team there have always been very supportive and helpful, with not only our daughters transition but our transition into day care. You can see the staff are very passionate and caring towards the children at the location. Our daughter has developed in leaps and bounds whilst there and she loves going. The staff are great communicators and very knowledgable in their fields. We highly recommend Point Cook North to families looking for the best care.

I am a first time mum and sending my daughter to day care was quite a big thing for me and I was worried am I doing the right thing as a parent, however I'm so glad as its the best thing I could have done .. This centre is not only a centre it feels more like a second home and an extended part of the family . The child care educators are fantastic and so supportive they really care for the children and just love the fact that my daughter also enjoys going , she has learnt so much and absolutely loves everyone too and to me that says alot as kids show their true emotions. She has been attending since Nov 2020.. They offer great programs and have a lot of variety for the children. I love that it's so multicultural as its great for our children to be exposed to different nationalities as it only enhances their learning abilities and adapting to the world we live in.. Since Kate has become the General Manager I also feel it runs so much more smoothly and has definitely made a huge impact with staff, much more organised and just all round made it very welcoming and throws out such positive vibes . I highly recommend this centre and am so greatful for the brilliant work they all do and the fact my daughter gains so much from this. Thanks guys love ya work ..

Guardian Point Cook North has exceeded our expectations regarding care, communication and involvement with families.As a first-time mum, who has had to put her child in care earlier than initially anticipated, the decision on where would be best for my weighed heavily on my mind. However, Point Cook North has been so welcoming, friendly, organised and the communication has made the transition seamless. I feel so comfortable and confident knowing My daughter is in an environment where she is nurtured and learning new things. Guardian Childcare & Education Point cook North is High-quality child care center, I am seeing very closely to all the educator from last 7 years, this center got excellent educational support from the Guardian to make sure to fulfills all the important national goals: keeping children safe while their parents are away to work and nurturing and developing children in ways that prepare them for school and beyond. My daughter spent her last 4 years in this center and she love to come every single day.

Both my kids went to this centre from 18 months and finished Kinder there. I highly recommend this centre. The educators are very passionate and reliable. Very happy and pleased with Guardian childcare in point cook north. Highly recommend all the carers. My eldest son started here in 2017, he went in the dolphin and penguin room and the carers took hand on responsibility in ensuring proper care and attention is provided to him, his development needs were looked after.Papiya the lead in kinder room ensured that the kids are school ready and her team takes special care and provide regular feedback and progress. The level of attention was superior throughout, prior to that Dom and Evelyn captured some of the most special moments of my child.I have been so delighted and pleased with the carers and facility that my youngest son also started care here in 2020. Lili, farzana and the team in bumblebee room have been very caring and supportive, I am delighted to see the happy face at pick-up time confirming he has had a lovely day.

For us this centre is one of the best in western suburbs. My elder son who graduated kinder from this centre in 2018. He was motivated to learn. He witnessed new discoveries, explored and discovered new skills and abilities. Everyday the environment was fun and entertaining and this made a huge difference, always looked forward to the day. This all helped with a smooth transition from kinder to school . I have had such an amazing and positive experience that without having a single doubt in mind we decided to send his little bro here too since he was 14 mths old. Lots of love and respect to the educators of this centre.

My daughter went to this centre from age 3 to 5. I really like the pre kinder and kinder class. They genuinely teach kids about sustainability, recycling, environment, reuse, diversity along with the kinder syllabus. My daughter was very happy at the centre with all the teachers. Particularly, i was very happy with the way Kinder teacher manages and teaches the 4 and 5 year olds. That is a very crucial age before going to Prep. Thanks to all the staff at this centre my daughter learnt a lot during her time here and took very little time to transition to Prep in the school.

I can't recommend Point Cook Play and Learn highly enough.As a mother who works very long hours I am without hesitation leaving my little girl at Point Cook Play and Learn.My daughter, as well as the other kids are always happily playing outside eating their afternoon tea, and exploring the beautiful parks, schools and shops. These are one in a million experiences that Guardian offer.All the staff are just beautiful! They communicate daily with the parents and most importantly they love, educate and nurture each child like their own.Of the early child hood centres both my children have attended, Guardian Point Cook Play and Learn get my vote for early learning child care.

What a fantastic centre! Both my girls attended Point cook play and learn for 18months. They learnt so much from the staff here who also took the time to get to know the girls and love them like one of their own. The communication with families is fantastic and it is such a warm and welcoming centre. I would highly recommend Point cook play and learn. We miss you already :)

It's so Sad to see such a bad review for a fantastic Childcare Centre. I find it extremely surprising that Point Cook Play and Learn has received such a harsh review and wonder if we are talking about the same centre.We started at this Centre 5 1/2 years ago, with our last baby just 6 months old. She loves all the staff, children and front office staff. Over the years with adjustment issues the staff were always caring and supportive.I am sad to say that this is her last year as she's going to school in the new year. . As a mother of 4, had I known how great this centre is I would have sent my older 3 children here too. From the buttom of my Heart Thank you to All the staff who have looked after my baby, especially her Daycare Mum, we will miss you all dearly and we will never be able to repay you for the fantastic roles you played in our lives.
