The sydenham team is great. The admin team is very helpful and always supportive when you ask for help or information. The educators at the nursery room are awsome, they quickly built a rapport with my little one, and always looking for ways to develop his skills. At the end of the day I always get a summary of what they did/learnt during the day accompanied with photos when possible.

My 2 boys have a really good relationship with all the educators which makes it a lot easier from drop off and pick ups.

I would prefer if there were more structured classes. Selena went to a previous daycare that offered soccer, yoga, swimming classes. I think the tennis is a very unique and fantastic class to offer and would like to see more of it if possible

Genuine care, they get excited when Charlotte achieves something and will share it with me, you can see the educators are proud of all of their children. It gives you comfort.

So many of the educators know who she is and will stop to talk to her, even those who aren't in her room. It's clear that the team have formed relationships with her.

Margot has gone from needing a lot of comfort and requiring a forced handover of her at drop off to walking confidently into day care and finding the educators to play with, she's completely comfortable at daycare thanks to the relationship the educators have built with her.
