The enthusiasm of the staff with their job. Staffs' contentment in their workplace translates to good care to my little one. The staff selected possesses all the qualities I am looking for - evidence based approach of care using the reggio model of letting the child lead. Staff have attributes of kindness and warmth. They don't force a child out of the parents arms at drop off. They work hard with the family to accommodate every request (which I know can be very difficult). They don't judge. So important when you're a busy working mom who occasionally forgets to pack a water bottle or clothes or forget to dress rhe child in the theme of the day as did not have time to read the latest email
