The center has lost some very good staff for various reasons, Guardian as a business needs to fight harder to retain its good staff, because these individuals are the people who will make your center shine and by not holding onto these type of staff, you risk reputational damage with staff members with little to no experience, so please do better in this department when the center manager requests such action.

The staff in Nursery One are always cautious of him being one of the younger in the room and ensure the older kids interact gently and nicely.
