We wanted somewhere where the educators also cared, genuinely cared. We got that with Guardian Maidstone. Blair loves leaving our arms in at drop off just as much as when we pick her up. What more could you ask for as a parent than a place your child voluntarily wants to go.

We have been with the centre for over 4 years and both children appear to feel safe and have fun there. The staff are friendly and warm. The centre director is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond at times. The only things that made me score one less is that my daughter seems to have learned the words/concepts of "bad", "naughty" children there which I dont like to use. I would like to know more about the centres behaviour support philosophies and make sure that all staff are using positive behaviour support strategies rather than punitive language.
