Guardian Childcare & Education Roseville is set in a beautiful garden with a 100-year-old magnolia tree as our centre piece that sets off our heritage listed house in magnificent style.
The purpose-built preschool rooms have lots of natural light to assist in providing an environment that encourages exploration and learning. The nursery and toddlers’ rooms are inside the cosy heritage listed home which gives it an intimate and home away from home feel. Both areas have easy access to the garden which has a beautiful area for fun exploration and secret adventures, with bushes set up for climbing and hiding amongst.
Our highly motivated team of Educators are full of life and ready to explore and create throughout the day. The diverse cultures represented in our team and families highlights the community and many languages can be heard through the day in our centre. These include Mandarin, Spanish, Russian and Persian. Music is a big part of our day and can be heard in many languages and tones with singing and dancing encouraged and a centre sing-along being a real part of our daily routine.
Learning through play and exploration and real hands on fun is what we do with lots of encouragement to question the world around them giving the children a great sense of belonging and helping them to feel connected to the world around them. Our preparation for school room encourages learning at individual levels and using a variety of styles to suit each child in conjunction with the local schools to help children be ready for the next big step in their education.
Families are welcomed and encouraged to take part in our programs, celebrations and family BBQs helping families enrich and feel connected to our centre.
