"I believe that, no matter how much and how fast the world changes, a well-grounded, competent and confident child is best equipped to adapt to it. This is our goal".
Rhythm of The Day
With endless possibilities, there’s never a dull moment at Guardian and no two days are the same. Here’s what a day at Guardian might look like. Please note, this will vary depending on centre opening hours.
-
Morning
Handover time with children, families and our friendly Educators. There's a chance for conversation to share what's important for the day/what's happened the night before at home.
-
Morning
Breakfast time where families are welcome to stay and enjoy breakfast with the children.
-
Morning
As children are arriving and families are coming and going, there's an opportunity for play as well as family grouping, open-plan play and multi-age grouping.
-
Morning
As the children come together, planned experiences begin. This is where the Guardian programs and practices come to life. Examples of learning include numeracy, literacy, language, critical thinking, problem solving, leadership, social skills, technology, science, creative arts, curiosity and more.
-
Morning
There's an opportunity for children to come together and enjoy morning tea.
-
Mid-morning
Following morning tea, the planned experiences continue. This includes both indoor and outdoor programs.
-
Afternoon
There's an opportunity for children to come together for lunch. With an open-door policy, families are able to join the centre for meals and excursion if they wish.
-
Afternoon
For children who want to, or need to, there's an opportunity to sleep, rest or relax. For children who don't need to rest, there are planned experiences, which are more likely to be outdoors.
-
Afternoon
Children come together for afternoon tea in small groups or with siblings (they can also rest and play together, too). This time also presents an opportunity to reflect on the day.
-
End of the day
As families arrive to pick up children, there's an opportunity to speak to Educators and share information about the day.
-
End of the day
Some centres offer early tea or light snack at the end of the day, which they can grab as they leave the centre. We’re mindful of how routines vary at home, so if throughout the day, we notice children look tired, food will be provided.
My two kids have been at Coopers Plains for 2 years and we have nothing but nice things to say. They have educators who care for the kids and consistent staff. My kids love coming. They have the best learning programs, my kids have learnt so much.

I wish i was able to give 10 stars! I have nothing to fault with this centre as they are absolutely amazing! The staff are lovely and show so much love, care and warmth to not just us parents but to our children. The professionalism and teachings, and everything any childcare has to offer this one is above and beyond. If you are looking for a childcare enrol here as you will not regret it!So much cultural aspects, updates on your children and the goals you want achieved for them. My son has grown so much in such a short time just from the staff's teachings and being at this wonderful childcare.
I can't say enough good things, the team at Guardian have made our families transition amazing. Coming from a special needs background for both my children, I can't recommend Lisa, Marie, Abby and the team here enough. There are honestly no words... beyond impressed and just absolutely flawed at the professionalism and conduct of the team.. If you ever have the chance to enrol your child here, please take it... you will not regret.
The centre has a great culture and make you part of the family. The leadership team is always communicating changes, events and seeks feedback. When feedback is given it’s taken with gratitude and appreciation. All staff members genuinely care about your child, they know just what to do when they are needing that extra bit of attention. Do they catch every fall? Nope but what parent does, the team do all they can to make sure your little bundle of joy is safe. So if you are looking for a great place to look after your child then check this place out..

My daughter attended for just over a year and it was such an amazing centre for her. Caring educators, various activities and wonderful facilities. We had to leave due to relocation but I really do miss this centre.

We transferred our daughter here from another centre when she was 10 months old and it was the best decision! The centre management team are passionate about children and remain resilient despite the many challenges faced in this sector. Lisa, Marie and Emma try their best to support families - always answering my doubts and concerns in an efficient manner, even during the initial winter sickness phase. The educators actively interact with and observe the children rather than simply "watch them" as we witnessed in many other centres. I would often find them dancing to music together during pick-up. My daughter can't wait to go to the centre every day and she can name all her friends and educators while smiling - children can't do that unless they're in a secure environment where they feel they belong. Attending this centre has been so beneficial for her social skills, emotional regulation skills, and language skills - it has been an incredible journey to witness her growth!
One of the best child care with excellent staff- highly recommended 💕💕💕💕
Love this childcare centre! They are so caring and tentative towards the children. They look after everything! Also super affordable as well. They are very convenient and one of few childcare centres that'll hold an EpiPen in case your kid have allergies. However, this one is positioned right next to QEII Hospital so we don't have to worry. We get regular daily updates of what they did that day and photos. Reviews of our child's learning progress. So far I am very happy with them.
My daughter was with Guardian Coopers Plains from 5-20 months of age. I do not have one negative thing to say about Lisa, Emma, Marie and the team of educators. An incredible experience and I highly doubt that we will ever top the level of car in another centre. Thanks you so much for helping this anxious Mum to gain confidence and calm! We miss you all
We are very happy with the education our child is getting at Guardian Coopers Plains. Moving to this centre when it first opened was a great choice and we love how supportive, encouraging and approachable the staff all are.The communication via Storypark that we get gives a great insight into the daily routines
My son started at 11m and we had to switch centre when he turned 2 due to a relocation. We were always greeted with bright smiles. Open door policy. Great food. The carers are full of energy and fun. So many activities, and the awesome sand pit. My son always came home full of sand, and colours on his hand, he had such a great time. He bonded with everyone. At 2yo he could name all his friends and educators when we showed him storypark photos. Thanks Lisa and the admin team, thanks Julie & Francis team. I don’t think I can find a better centre as you’ve set the bar so high. My son will definitely cherish all the memories, and so will I.
My son enjoys his time in kindergarten every day, and he really wants to go to school every day. I highly recommend this kindergarten. It has complete facilities, great teachers, and an open kitchen that provides fresh ingredients every day.😊
Strongly recommend! Regrettably, we have to go to another childcare since we will move to Sydney next year. We grately appriciate the teachers in Orange Grove East. They are very nice and patient. They helped my daughter get through the first couple of weeks smoothly. My daughter has been well taken care of and cared for here. She loves going there as every time I pick her up she always says " I want to stay" in mandarin.

My daughter is in the Market Garden West studio, she absolutely loves it! The center staffs are so nice and helpful! The educators are very caring and patient. M my daughter learnt a lot from the everyday activities. The center has their own kitchen and chief which offering fresh food for kids everyday. I highly recommend Guardian Coopers Plains!
Exceptional facilities with Educators who genuinely care about the children. We are so happy we enrolled our son at this centre.
From the second we called to enquire they have been onboard with our needs and requests. Really good team that all communicate well. Every question is answered with sincerity and never felt like a question was a silly question. The educators are all so caring and understanding of each child’s needs. They go above and beyond to make you feel reassured and have pure peace of mind while working you are working. The activities they do during the day really shape the children’s independence and help them explore more at home with the same inquisitive tone. Don’t even get me started on the house chef! Fresh food cooked daily that puts adult meal prep to shame. Changes weekly and seasonally.Rest assured your child is in a clean and safe area! They are learning to be independent in a positive environment with planned activities that stimulate there minds. Much better then what I could do at home.We love that we chose guardian and tell all our friends what a great place it is.
My two children (1&4) love coming to this Coopers Plains Guardian Centre. All educators are absolutely lovely, caring and always smiling. Rooms and play areas are clean and well presented. I would highly recommend!

One of the best childcare centres in my area. The educators are passionate and really care for the children. The activities for the children are different everyday and the learning environment is very welcoming, spacious and stimulating. My son enjoys spending his days there and it's great that they provide meals, formula, diapers amongst many other things. I would recommend this childcare centre to any parent!
