Lead Educator (0-12 months Room) – Guardian Tullamarine

Guardian Tullamarine is seeking a dedicated Lead Educator to join our 0-12 months room. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact during the most critical stage of a child’s development, supporting both babies and their families.
We’re looking for someone who not only understands infant development but can also guide and reassure families through the early milestones. You’ll join a supportive, experienced team in a beautifully resourced centre that values curiosity, creativity, and professional growth.
What is required for this position:
- Must hold a Diploma or be actively working towards it (Certificate III holders are not eligible for this Lead role)
- Experience in a babies’ room is highly desirable – either as a Lead or Educator with strong leadership potential
- Attractive salary + 10% Government retention bonus (plus an extra 5% in December 2025)
- Sound understanding of the 11 child safe standards, NQF and EYLF
- Current Working With Children Check for VIC state
- Be an Australian Citizen, PR or on Visa which at least has more than 2 years eligibility for full time work. (We do not provide sponsorships)
