Working closely with the Centre Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll help build a positive, collaborative team culture focused on continuous learning and improvement.
You’ll be supported every step of the way by Guardian’s Curriculum Mentors, Portfolio Managers, and national support teams!

What You’ll Need:
- A Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education
- Experience in early years education
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework
- A valid Working with Children Check
