About the Role:
- Be an ECT working with a dedicated team of educators.
- Lead your team in implementing a high-quality, inquiry-based educational program.
- Collaborate with your Centre Manager and our Teacher Mentor team to shape inspiring learning spaces.
- Build strong partnerships with families to support each child’s journey.
- Help set the standard for excellence in early childhood education at our newest centre in Banksia Park.
- Be in the Preschool 3-5 room
About You:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved).
- Provisional or Full Teacher’s Registration.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC for SA state).
- A natural leader with a nurturing approach and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS).
- You’re proactive, passionate, and committed to child-led learning and collaborative teamwork.
